우리병원 암센터(센터장 백무준)는 26일 오전 9시부터 병원 교육관 제1강의실에서 복막암을 주제로 정기 심포지엄을 개최했다. 

매년 1회, 주제를 달리해 개최되고 있는 심포지엄은 올해로 6회째를 맞았으며, 이번 심포지엄에서는 총 9개의 주제발표를 통해 복막암

관련 다양한 최신 의학지견을 제공했다. 

주제발표 세부내용은 1부 복막암과 온열복강내 항암화학치료에서는 ▲Basics of and Safety guideline of HIPEC(연세대의대 백승혁), ▲Imaging technique for PSM(순천향대의대 김승수), ▲Chemotherapy for Peritoneal Carcinomatosis(순천향대의대 김한조) 등이다. 

2부 소화기암에서 시작된 복막암에서는 ▲Current treatment options for colon cancer peritoneal, carcinomatosis and pseudomyxoma 

peritonei(순천향대의대 안태성), ▲The Treatment of Peritoneal Carcinomatosis in Advanced Gastric Cancer(순천향대의대 손명원), 

▲New technologies: Laparoscopic HIPEC(원자력병원 진성호) 등의 발표가 진행됐다. 

3부 난소암에서 시작된 복막암에서는 ▲Outcome of cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC for primary advanced ovarian cancer(경북대의대 

홍대기), ▲Outcome of cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC for recurrent advanced ovarian cancer(충남대의대 유헌종), ▲Update clinical trial 

on systemic therapy for advanced ovarian cancer(순천향대의대 문성택) 등의 발표가 이어졌다. 

백무준 센터장은 “복막암의 진단에서 치료까지 다양한 최신 의학지견들을 복막암 전문가들과 개원의들이 함께 공유하는 매우 유익한 자리였다”고 말했다.​
