우리병원이 4월 29일과 30일 병원 강당 송원홀에서 ‘제17회 부비동 내시경수술 워크숍’을 개최했다.

 

연수평점 6점이 주어진 워크숍에서는 국내 부비동 내시경수술 전문교수들의 13개 연제발표와 2일에 걸친 해부학 실습이 연이어 진행됐다.

 

부비동 내시경수술 관련 다양한 최신 지견이 망라된 연제들은 ▲Preoperative consideration for ESS(timimg of surgery, preoperative care) (순천향대 김신애 교수) ▲Image interpretation of patanasal sinuses and skull base(순천향대 최지호 교수) ▲Setup for ESS (anesthesia, instrument, navigation system)(가톨릭대 황세환 교수) ▲Uncinectomy, Middle meatal antrostomy(연세대 이은정 교수) ▲Ethmoidectomy and sphenoid sinusotomy(아주대 박도양 교수) ▲Frontal sinus surgery(Draf type Ⅰ-Ⅲ)(연세대 조형주 교수) ▲Endoscopic medial maxillectomy(울산대 유명상 교수) ▲Prelacrimial approach to maxillary sinus( 충북대 심우섭 교수) ▲Approach to sphenopalatine artery and pterygopalatine fossa(전남대 임상철 교수) ▲Avoiding and dealing with complications in sinus surgery(건국대 조재훈 교수) ▲Wound healing and postoperative care in ESS(성균관대 홍석진 교수) ▲Endoscopic approach to sellar & parasellar lesion(서울대 한두희 교수) ▲A stepwise approach to ESS(순천향대 이재용 최지호 김신애 곽기환 교수) 등이다.

 

해부학적 지식을 높이기 위해 29일과 30일 각각 1회씩 실시된 해부학 실습에서는 참가자들에게 부비동 내시경수술 실체 체험 기회도 제공되었다.

 

워크숍을 준비한 백병준 교수(이비인후과)는 “부비동 내시경수술은 부비동염 치료 외에도 안와, 두개저 등 주위의 다양한 질환 치료에 매우 유용하게 사용되고 있다”면서, “술기 습득은 물론 관련된 최신 지견을 공유하는 기회로서 워크숍을 지속 개최해오고 있다”고 말했다.
